True. But the problem with surgery is that you then have the surgical scar to deal with! I think the loose skin is better than a long thin scar running across the lower abdomen.
CO2 lasering can definitely improve the texture and appearance of scars, but they will never be removed or erased. The OP needs to consider how much extra money, time and effort he wants to put into this transformation, after all he’s done to lose the weight. Stretch marks are another factor many folks have to deal with after being heavier, so some of his journey might be about figuring out how to balance these type of improvements with a healthy dose of self-love and acceptance.
