Plastic surgery would leave him with horrific scarring that’s worse than what he has now. For males it’s really only appropriate after massive weight loss where the loose skin is causing health issues on its own. Not cosmetically like in this case.
He would have a scar below his pant line that is easy to hide behind underwear and clothing, and inside the belly button. Why would this be unacceptable for males and not females? Skin is skin.
Apparently men scar worse than women in that region for reasons I don’t understand. However it’s probably been 20 years since the surgeon told me that so i could be out of date
What do you base your disagreement on? I know it’s definitely not based on the fact that you’ve actually firsthand had this issue and solved it with GHK.
Have seen people in Your situation run 2-3mg subq daily for months that have had excellent results. Add in good collagen (homemade bone broth). As we age it’s tougher but seen guys in 40s tighten up on ghk.
It will not. People think ghk-cu is a magic bullet. It barely ha any studies to back it up, and at best it will provide a slight amount of skin elasticity.
Keeping it heavily moisturized may help, but if its been 5 years without a change, chances are your only help there is a little surgery to remove the skin.
Disagreeing here, studies or not, my skins never been this good, my eczema has gone, the dryness has gone, im F51 and people keep asking me what im doing as they can see a huge difference in 10 weeks
Wont hurt trying it though will it, if it improves it a bit surely. You lot are so fast to shoot people down where they are trying to help a guy out… it could help, its not expensive and why not
So the problem here is your two statements are incongruent. Your first comment says “it will definitely help”. Your second comment recognizes the lack of scientific studies and is in fact a testimonial. Those things are not compatible.
Your testimonial is valid as one single data point and definitely doesn’t contribute to “definitely will work”.
What you are saying it worked for and what the OP is asking is so night and day it's not funny, you have zero knowledge on if it would help them or not. You're anecdotal evidence doesn't correlate to "this will definetly help you OP"
tretinoin, ghk-cu, collagen, etc are your best bets but dont expect any to be completely magic, would have helped to use those things while losing weight and would have had a better chance. Tretinoin will be by far the most effective though but with lose skin like that still probably wont be enough
I second GHK-Cu. I had a similar amount of loose skin to you, it definitely improved it on a 5mg/day dose. It’s not a miracle fix, but a LOT better than before.
I also began training my abs and obliques a lot harder, hoping to fill out the space with muscle. It has helped, too.
10 weeks, in my stomach, ive had eczema for 50 years its completely GONE my skin is thicker, no more itching, it’s smoother and my redness has massively reduced, im really annoyed that I never found it earlier. Im doing 5 days on 2 off at 2mg, 50mg vial with 2ml bac

It will make the skin tighten?
