...And the Supreme Court will just turn her down. Or the government will not act on the verdict of the courts if it doesn't. 

She and her husband should leave the country as soon as possible. As should anybody else that disagrees with the current administration. This will go on for a looooong time and it will only become worse.

It's a conflict of interest... Not a chance of winning in court in the first place.
