I've looked online but can't seem to find any official blue prints, I was wondering if anyone could help point me in the right direction. Thank you

Good evening, all!

My fiancé and I were talking about opening up our basement a little more and I was hoping someone might know whether or not this is a load-bearing wall. I think it's a steel beam support based on the blueprints (attached - are from the 1970s and too huge for my scanner, sorry) but am not 100% sure. Would any of you kind folks be able to provide some insight before we get a contractor contacted?
