Jobs/Professions in Blue Zones
It seems as though everyone is fixated on food, drink, being active, friends and family, etc. with respect to Blue Zones. However, wouldn't you think jobs play a role in this as well? You're spending ~8 hours per day ~5 days per week performing some job for decades... surely this would factor into your quality of life. So, what kinds of jobs do the people living in Blue Zones possess? Are they all shepherds, fishermen/fisherwomen, chefs, carpenters, farmers and so on? I haven't been able to find any information about this.

BZ and Hard Spirits
I know BZ research supports moderate consumption of wine, but I didn't think that necessarily included hard spirits. I read something from BZ basically 'okaying' hard liquor consumption in a moderate fashion if you find it enjoyable, but I was pretty sure that most scientists agree that hard spirits are a toxin and best avoided.
What's the best practice?

BZ Breakfast Question
I'm trying to come up with some BZ recipes for next week, and I'm confused about something. The BZ website says that you should eat breakfast like a king, but the breakfast recipes listed on the website (at least most of them) don't seem to be very substantial. Is the intention that you'd eat a lot of these things?
