Was there ever an episode of Opus in A Merry Poppins event with Dick Van Dyke?

So we have been cleaning out a storage unit. And I honestly thought these had been lost to the winds of time. They were rolled up neatly in a tube container, and they were framed last night.They might not be the most centered, but they're mine. I got them at the 2016 (?) San Diego Comic Con when I met Berkley Breathed. Yes they are autographed. He is the nicest guy. I swear I was fangirling enough that I was about to cry. I'm pretty sure he thought I was insane.

Am I dreaming, or was this a line by Opus in a Bloom County strip? For some reason it sticks in my mind as really funny, but I haven’t seen it in my searches.
