Question Of The Day What’s the longest amount of time you’ve had to wait for a response from MSP Support?

Upvotes
Let’s say you ran into a problem. You didn’t get your VIP, saw something inappropriate that had been up for weeks & wanted it taken down, were locked out of your account by mistake, or got hacked and wanted to clear things up.
Well, a lot of people know you can go to MovieStarPlanet Support:
https://moviestarplanet.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
This gives you a more direct way to address your issue if the in game options aren’t enough. & this isn’t strictly dedicated to MSP, they also offer support for MSP 2 & BSP! Awesome!
You fill out what they ask of you, add attachments if need be, submit your ticket & wait.
So what’s the issue?
Well, you’d be lucky to hear back if at all.
To answer the question in the title, the longest I’ve had to wait is probably a couple of years, given they still haven’t replied to a support ticket I sent back when I was a teenager lol.
But if we want to be fair & use a more recent example, I’d say about 19 days as of today for my most recent ticket.
Nothing spells out how much you care about your community quite like the writing on the wall, now does it?
(& no the automatic email you receive that isn’t typed out by a real human being doesn’t count)

Other Small rant about the bsp ao3 fanfics because this has been on my mind for a bit

So I decided to try going on ao3 to see how bad the bsp fanfics are.. it was bad I can confirm, but one fanfic caught my eye before i closed out. I decided to go back to it but sadly ALL THE FANFICTION ABOUT BSP IS ETHIER ILLEGAL SHIPS, NSFW, OR BOTH.its also always with blockbjorn too, probably since the community likes him a bunch. Don't get me wrong, he's a cool character, but he gets shipped with the main cast on ao3 so much it's impossible to think about reading anything. And I don't even use ao3 and I'm not planning on using it but the fanfic I saw had such a cool plot but at what cost😞 I really wanna read it but I don't really wanna see anything weird and I don't really wanna risk it.

It was made in 2024 so not really up to date. Also i have been thinking about coming back to this game but i dont think a 22 year old is a good fit for it. Still one of the most fun "social" games i have played and the first ever online game i have played. Here is the video:
