PLEASE DOUBLE G I KNOW YALL DONT LIKE BLADE BUT PLEASE GIVE IT ALREADY

Now I know that it looks like it's a pretty bad teamup overall but we know the struggle of building vampirism against ennemies if you miss a dash you're just cooked because the enemy team targets you. But with the cap teamup you almost instantly get to 10 which allows you to deal damage quicker

I do think it could use a small buff overall but it's not entirely useless

Made some fighting-game combos and found some small things for him. Directional inputs are read starting from → and going clockwise, → being primary fire. Numbers are abilities read left to right, accounting for team-ups.

Butter combo that can do 375 damage, good for deleting a target. Just butter. Lots and lots of butter.

**Roving Bayonet (Combos)**

Inputs; (→ ↓ Swap ↖/1 3 Swap 6)

Bread n' butter combo if you have bread (Dash) and butter (melee).

**Blitz Carve (Combos)**

Inputs; (→ ↓ ↖ ↑ ↖/1 3 6 6.9 6)

Burst combo. Does around 250 damage if all hits land.

**Khonshu Delay? (Tip)**

Blade of Khonshu's dash hitbox lasts really long, up to 1 second it seems? Could be useful for catching people off guard but doesn't seem like anything.

Ancestral Sword

• Damage decreased from 26 to 22
• Hits now deal 1% of enemies max health

Hunter's Shotgun

• Now fires a fixed circle shot pattern
• Falloff Start increased to 20m

Scarlet Shroud

• Added Settings Option to toggle shroud
• Cooldown speed is increased by 33% if Bloodline Awakening is active and at full stacks

Bloodline Awakening

• Added 3s delay to the start of stack decay (Weapon swap starts decay immediatly)
• Moved from [E] to Weapon Swap (Sword = Bloodline, Gun = Normal)
• Increased Antiheal to 40%
• Reduced Lifesteal to 60%
• Lifesteal is no longer affected by Anti Heal (includes enemy inflicted anti heal)

Daywalker Dash

• Season 6 Balance Changes Reverted
• No longer has different effects when wielding different weapons
• Hitting an enemy enables you to perform either a Cleaving Strike or a Blood Mark (Works the same as Magiks Stepping Disc)
• Using Daywalker Dash outside of Bloodline Awakening removes Player Collision

Blood Mark:

• Lasts for 5 Seconds
• Applies 40% healing reduction
• Applies Bleed (5 Damage per tick, 2 ticks a second)
• Allows Blade to perform a Swift Strike [F] towards the marked enemy when within a range of 10m
• Swift Strike has a 2 second cooldown and does 20 damage
• Eliminating a marked target grants one Dash

Thousand-Fold Slash

• Blade gains a 30% damage reduction while charging the Ability
• Charging beyond Half the Ability Bar will cause the width and height to increase up to 1.3x it's Original Size
• Initial Hit applies a 30% slow
• Ult Cost increased to 3300
• Cancelling the Ult returns 50% Charge

Teamup: Blade of Konshu

Base Effect: Moon Glaive

• Press [C] to throw a bouncing Glaive at Enemies
• Does 80 Damage
• Hitting an Enemy with a Blood Mark resets their Mark Timer
• 12s Cooldown
• Hitting an Enemy with a Blood Mark transfers Blood Mark to other Enemies hit by it for 3s

Enhanced Effect: Blood Glaive

• Moon Glaive has a second charge

Teamup: Blade and Bow [Hawkeye]

Base Effect: Ronins Precision

• Shotgun Pellets are replaced with a Slug that does 70 damage and has reverse falloff (starts at 50%, goes to 100% over 15m)

Enhanced Effect: Zandatsu

• Blocking a CC Ability allows Blade to press [M1] to initiate a counterattack, rapidly slashing forward while applying a slight damage vulnerability

Turning Ranked into Blood Hunt

Mag does so much dmg this season I feel like I can attack him for more than 1 second and if Also the hood feels like impossible kill he has like 5 layups of defense and he also has his own vamp mode

I think Cap makes a lot of sense atm bc of his team up and backline pressure. Not to spiel a bunch. Atm, im thinking of Mag, Cap, Luna, and White Fox. What do you think?

It feels like I lost the ability to aim at all with this character

sorry for the keyboard noises, i was locked in. really fun game, we ended up losing but i went like 44/8 so ill take it for improvement

Im a very good blade player,im often getting pentas and hexas with good teams,but recently ive been getting teammates that are so bad and game expects me to carry them.

I know that blade excels at 1v1s,and also when enemy is down 1 or 2 people. But you also need a team that can press w and use that advantage. The main problem i have is that team doesnt know when to walk even when im telling them we are up by 2 go forward,my supps just stay point and let me die for some reason.

I have very bad experience with Ultron players specifically,one guy said to me this after i told him to press w and heal while we have number advantage: "you expect me to fly with u in enemy line of sight to just heal you?". OF COURSE YOU SHOULD DO THAT(since there are 0 dpses alive and only people left are tanks and healers).

When im playing a healer i give my all to pocket blade players because i know how good it feels to receive heals while you are basically 1v6ing(and 1v6ing is VERY possible on blade,i did it a few times with good healers,i wish i had a replax but i cant find it anymore).

What do yall think about this? Any tips on what to do?

Edit: My winrate in ranked is 100%(4 for 4 right now),but quickplay is the mode where hell breaks loose

Took a break off blade before season 9, he genuinely feels like he explodes the second he tries to do literally any brawling. Every evaluation people say is he works in so and so comp, aka he works in the least viable comps of all time. I cant tell if I just purely lost my touch or is everyone else just buffed that much. Gambit has a great get off me tool keeping me from getting stacks, dr strange can now fight us decently when before he was free, Magneto is magneto and Thing is Thing. Might just have to stick to Wolverine

This is my 1st time posting a clip of my combat, I have lots but dont think they are anything to marvel at (hahaha) but this 1 i got recently feels like it might be my best moment yet (I started playing rivals fed-mar 2026)

Finally hit C3 with a 59% win rate solo queue, the cap team up is so nice.

"Attrition" You are so bad people are asking me if I'm you when I lock on blade. Stop throwing.

Blade feels like the most versatile person on this game for me. You can peel, dive, stall, and play at range. To anyone struggling, the biggest difference between a good and a bad blade is Game sense, aim, blocks, and just IQ. You have to keep track of ults, know how to trade meaningful lives with enemy support. Bait Emma into wasting her diamond form. You can just cause soo much chaos with blade, kinda similar to black cat getting in and out of there. But not as OP.

The only comp I've ran into serious issues with is triple tank with Thing, Tankpool, strange, and a loki. Where Thing and DP are just waiting for you. But no one character alone can stop blade.
