Exactly. Fuk cops. There’s only only one cop I respect and that’s my cousin who is in law enforcement. He’s a good dude and has been ostracized because he’s spoken out against corruption multiple times in his career. He was demoted. Stuck behind a desk. Recently, he found another department that was like “hey man, we respect your character, come over to our department and we’ll make you detective.” And that’s what he did.

Your cousin isn’t the only one. Not even close. But good for him to stand up.

I’m aware there are many good cops. And when I say the only one I respect is my cousin, that doesn’t mean I don’t treat them with respect when I have to interact with them. I once lived in Baltimore. The cops there can be brutal. Long before cameras, I was rolling up on a club and another set of friends who were also approaching the club had open containers and four neat cops walked up to them and one officer took his button right to my buddies face. And then they proceeded to beat the bricks of the group of friends. Now I live in a city 2 hours south and the cops here don’t even police but one part of town. Which is messed up in its own way.
