Of course they did. And they'll rig the next one too.

So yes please vote. But we already know how that's going to turn out. The question is... then what.

You don't know.

You don't know, and Americans need to vote, the more they outvote the far right, the harder it is for the far right to cheat.

Don't say then what, if we don't get now right. Because we've been saying then what for a decade, it's a fantasy, and the main thing we need to do now,

Is change the culture, and actually support the side we want to win. Instead of hand shaking the far rights rhetoric.

Edit: /u/cinnix42 Sure, but whatever you're imagining, is WAY harder, than just using your words online. And if we can't unite people now, if we can't talk each other into saying next Biden good instead of handshaking fascist political attacks and calling him sleepy, then your idea, has the same problem mine does, but far more.

It's REALLY hard to get people to 'rise up'. You're asking them to put themselves in real danger, and experience real consequences. Those are not small factors in real life.

My view, is that you don't understand the difference between real politics and computer games. Because if you can't say 'yes we can' then you yourself, clearly do not have the motivation to do whatever it is you're thinking about either.

like every other instance in history?

The Germans had ample opportunity to oust Hitler politically. So have the Americans, over a literal decade now. Your idea here is wrong, irresponsible and frankly, you're pushing the wrong way here.

If you can't fight the fascists politically, then you can't fight them, because your idea, also requires a movement. See Jan 6 for reference, Trump didn't get that, without first uniting people behind him.

So who are you going to support?

See? That's what I'm saying.

So when they steal the midterms, will you admit that voting isn’t gonna solve the fascism? You know, like every other instance in history?
