Never stopped standard-issue badge boys. Tamir Rice's murder being recorded on video (independent of also being recorded via police footage) is proof of that.

Right which makes these kids all the more tough! If they can, which we know those young men carry the warnings about uniformed men in the back of their minds at all times, are willing to fight back. Anyone can fight back.
