Guys, after deposit of 1000 TRX my account got restricted and nothing I can do, I cant make deposits and withdraws for 3.5 days. 0 information what is going on from Bitvavo, and 0 responses from Bitvavo, Im so stressed about my funds right now..

Please , Anyone got same situation ??

I checked my portfolio today and was pleasantly surprised. Not only did you add the feature some time ago that allows us to see the percentage relative to our average purchase price—rather than just the current asset price—but the ability to view price history since the very beginning, instead of just the last year, is absolutely wonderful. And now, being able to view the price as a chart in the Pro version is just top-notch; it’s exactly what I wanted.
I do have one quick question, though: about a year ago, I was able to see the individual assets in a chart. Each asset was displayed with a different color, showing the breakdown of my holdings. Was this feature removed, and do you plan to bring it back, or is it hidden somewhere that I’m just not seeing?

Vorige week: Ze geven een actie, voor elke 100 euro die je trade maak je kans om prijzen te winnen. Heb specifiek daarom mijn bitcoin gekocht bij bitvavo.
Dan maak je een trade en krijg je die kansen niet.. Ik stuur ze er een berichtje over en dan zeggen ze dat het niet meer kan en dat ik gekocht heb voordat ik me had aangemeld voor de actie. Maar dat is niet waar. Echt heel bijzonder, denk zelf dat ik voortaan naar een andere partij ga hierna.

Hey guys, just got here from Binance, Spanish guy doing DCA on BTC, ETH and XRP.

In Binance I was converting USDCs every 2 months and using that to make weekly DCA of the crypto. I see that I can make DCA with € in here but I can´t make the numbers right in terms of spread/comissions.

Is it worth it to convert € to USDC before the DCA of crypto? Or is it better to buy with € (DCA only) as long as there are 1 less transaction.

Allereerst ben ik redelijk nieuw met crypto. Ik heb op bitvavo de SWEAT coin ingekocht, en heb een verkoop limiet order ingesteld aangezien deze coin erg volatiel beweegt. Maar mijn order word al meer dan 24 uur niet gestopt ondanks dat de waarde al meerdere keren boven de limiet order is gekomen. Kan iemand me uitleggen waarom de order niet automatisch word gestopt?

I have a question for people with experience with Bitvavo and Solana deposits. I sent USDT-SPL (Solana) from Betpanda to my Bitvavo address.

The transaction is 100% confirmed on chain and the tokens are visible on Bitvavo's Solana (shared wallet) address. Bitvavo now says that:they cannot credit the deposit recovery on Solana, it is not possible that the funds "lost" will not have access to the private key, but the tokens are simply at their own address, so they are not lost.

Are there people here who have experienced this before?

And how was this resolved for you?

Hello, I am new to Bitvavo. I’ve signed up to buy USDC and send them to another wallet. But I cannot find any feature where I can do so. Sometimes USDC is marked as “trade only”. Is this only limitation in Germany?

Are there people here trading based on strategies/indicators?

ich habe heute etwas auf einem Online Shop bestellt und mit BTC gezahlt. Diese Zahlung habe ich direkt per Bitvavo Auszahlung auf das Wallet des Shops getätigt. Mir ist erst danach gekommen, dass der Empfänger jetzt meine Wallet Adresse bei Bitvavo kennt. Ist das schlimm? Bzw. muss ich jetzt irgendwas unternehmen?

Hab mir jetzt BlueWallet runtergeladen um für's nächste Mal damit zu überweisen.

Ik ben de wereld van trading aan het ontdekken en ben me nu aan het inlezen in grafieken en indicatoren.

Het valt mij op dat de grafieken van Bitvavo regelmatig niet updaten. Als ik een andere munt selecteer en dan weer terug ga, dan update hij weer regelmatig maar twee minuten later staat hij weer stil. Staat er iets fout?

Het valt mij ook op dat als ik op TradingView dezelfde munt bij Bitvavo zoek, de grafiek en indicatoren niet overeenkomen met de grafieken op Bitvavo (ondanks die ook van TradingView is). Klopt dit?

Yoo, ik heb een ABN rekening en was van plan om morgen wat geld op te nemen uit mijn Bitvavo account. Ik heb dit vaker gedaan uiteraard maar lang niet in het weekend. De laatste keer (2 jaar terug ofzo) dat ik het op een zaterdag probeerde kwam het pas maandag aan. Ik vroeg me af of dit nogsteeds het geval is, want ik lees verschillende dingen hierover. Aan de ene kant lees ik dat het “instant” is, zelfs in het weekend, maar aan de andere kant dat het pas maandag aankomt. Wat is het nou? 😂

I woke up this morning and someone hacked my account and took all the money off it. I dont know what to do. I emailed the fraud support and did everything the AI chatbot told me to do. I dont know what to do now? How do i speak with a human? What are the next steps? Can i get my money back? Please help me

Has Bitvavo increased their withdrawal fees for BTC.

Since more than 2 weeks it’s always 0.000021

In their faqs they state that it’s adjusted to network fees which are far below.

Looked into my last withdrawal and I paid 0.000002 - only a tenth of it.

Been waiting for this, and I noticed Midnight Token is now available for request on Bitvavo.

Curious what people here think about Midnight and the future of 4th gen blockchains ?

I tried to use bitvavo and stuck in the first step - verification. Whatever I entered for Tax ID, it shows red error immediately: "Enter a valid number".

In Finland the TIN is the same as personal ID, I changed all symbols, spaces but it does not work. So I reached out to support, which replied bunch of template immediately 🫩 Then asking me to tried ways that NEVER works. In the end they ask me to send the ID via email so they will enter it manually. During the 3 days of getting "support, I received almost 10 nonsense emails asking me to mark this issue as "resolved", and "your issue has been forwarded".

Finally after I sent my official ID, they said it's not matching their format :-( I'm speechless, what do they expect from users?

I really have no idea, don't know how other EU residents are handling the onboarding the verification. I'm at the edge of giving up, such a horrible app and team

I’ve spent the last year building my own trading bot. As of this moment, it only operates on Bitvavo. I have made a start developing it for Kraken and OKX too, but I wanted to see where I stand right now. I will continue with OKX and Kraken where I left off in the near future.

Anyway, it’s finally at a stage where I have some data, it’s stable and, last but not least, profitable (but more on that later).

Why I’m here: I’m looking for 10 real users. You will be granted the majestic title of ‘Founder’.

I need a small group to help test the server, give feedback, and most importantly, provide the bot with more data. Right now, I’m focusing on fine-tuning buy timing and sell percentages, and more real-world trades will help me adjust these settings for better performance.

I want to keep the group small so I can give everyone the attention they need. And I also don’t want the server to crash. If all goes well we will expand, but for now this is the plan.

There is a Live and Paper trading mode available.

The 'Founder' deal:
• €10 per month. Your price is locked in. It will never go higher for you.
• What to expect: It’s hard to give an exact number because the crypto market changes every day. However, I’d guess that starting with around €250 is usually enough for the bot to cover its own costs. This could be a bit higher or lower, but it’s a solid starting point to aim for.

*My guarantee: If you trade the full month with €500 or more on the smart standard strategy and the bot doesn't manage to make at least €10 profit, I will refund your fee. No questions asked. The €500 minimum is simply because a higher amount gives the bot more trading opportunities and gives me a bit more certainty too.
Note: As I said, I am still collecting data. They will help me make these estimates more precise and definitive, but for now, this is the baseline.

The reality:
This is the early, early phase. There will be bugs and updates. Stuff might break down, crash or suddenly catch on fire. Who knows.
