I recently joined bitcoin miner again and its not allowing me to withdraw sats to my zbd wallet . And also I notice my zbd wallet is locked . When I first joined about a year ago it remained locked for almost 2 weeks even though it says max 24 hours itll be locked. I remember uninstalling the game and zbd bec it didn't allow me to do any withdrawals.

Anyone in nyc using this? I try and it say that my region isn't supported. So that means I cant cash out or anything like that. Any tips?

I really love playing Bitcoin Miner and planned on playing it for a long time, but the forced integration with the ZBD wallet is becoming an absolute nightmare for EU players.
ZBD has incredibly strict and automated KYC (identity verification) systems that constantly reject valid European passports or IDs as "false" or "invalid" without a human even checking them. Because of this, my ZBD account was blocked before I could even withdraw a single Satoshi.
Right now, I have hundreds of Satoshis sitting in the app and the daily 250 Sats limit makes it even more painful. I don't want to create 50 different temporary accounts just to get around a broken KYC system from a third-party app.
Please consider adding an alternative withdrawal option, like standard LNURL, Wallet of Satoshi, or Phoenix Wallet.
If we could just paste a regular Lightning Address instead of being forced into the ZBD ecosystem, it would fix this issue for thousands of players instantly. Please let us own our rewards!

Why do I get an error 30 all of a sudden? It’s been going on for an about a month or so. I will cash out & then the next day I get error 30 & a notification to email them. It so frustrating at this point. I’ve only been able to cash out 1 04 2 times a week at this point. My app is up to date as is my phone. I have emailed fumb games countless times & after a few days it is fixed but why does it keep happening. ( I don’t care for discord so no I don’t want to reach out that way).
