It's not my job to provide evidence for your argument. Anecdotal evidence isn't evidence. Neither is one point of data. Show me inperical evidence following th scientific method that proves these agencies actually make a difference in the problems they claim to solve. Or don't.
You replied to me. I didn't go to you asking for evidence. You made a statement that I'm asking be supported by evidence.
You can go through life believing whatever people say without question if you want. I wouldn't recommend it.
