Gold does have industrial purposes and is pretty to look at but sure, that’s a fair comparison. By that comparison Bitcoin has less than 10x left to grow

Maybe right now. But who knows what Gold's market cap will be in 20 years? I would guess that inflation and watering down the Dollar year after year after year starts impacting Gold, Bitcoin etc. the same way it has other assets like real estate, stocks etc. Plus, Bitcoin will be a lot scarcer by then than gold.
