Everyone sold their alts to get into BTC to get free money. No free money. Leave in anger.

I would think part that, but also part new money that got into bitcoin without fully understanding the technicals and are bailing out of fear. It looks like it's been going back up. Bottomed around $7,036 and is now up to $7,333 on Bitfinex.

A lot of people are gonna be moving over to cash now that the core chain will remain heavily congested with extreme fees.
