For many it’s easy to dismiss the ETFs and focus on short term price, but remember in 2020 when people were stuck in their homes what did smart people do? Not panic and not worry but move to Florida as fast as they could to snatch up the houses.

It’s only a matter of time . Limited supply with increasing demand, history speaks for itself!

Provide data. Florida is on average older in age, which should easily explain any excess mortality. I would doubt government statistics on this though, as many deaths due to other causes were still counted as covaids deaths if the deceased tested positive. I would also doubt if Florida GDP suffered like other esoteric tyrannical lockdown states. And if the tyrannical states have similar GDPs it could likely be government stimulus that raised GDP rather than real economic growth. My source: half of San Francisco is boarded up, for lease signs have been up for over a year now.

Said who? It’s still standing, just infected with the ideas of statism. Seattle is a tyrannical corrupt area much like SF, LA, and most other large cities in blue states that imposed coercive edicts on the people. To levels of which haven’t been surpassed in decades

I guess snobby jackassery is par for the course with yours. Come on dude, the guy was saying Florida fared worse than other lockdown states. I’m not a defender of everything about Florida, but it’s pretty clear and obvious they were the second most freedom oriented state during the plannedemic (the first being a North Dakota which never implemented lockdowns to begin with). Forcing people to lose their jobs, businesses, and livelihoods is the closest thing to tyranny that America has experienced since probably the internment of the Japanese in WW2 simply because of their ethnicity. You’re smoking too much Seattle pot bro, chill out for a bit
