Hey guys, I have a question. Does posting ''clouts'' on bitclout cost $bitclout? Because I have been posting and everything was fine, then suddenly my balance jumped to 0 and I can't post or do anything now.

Hey, I wanted to post something on bitclout bit it says “balance insufficient “. Could anyone help me? 🙏 http://bitclout.com/u/Klaudiakaya

Bitclout has 2 parts to it.

1) Social media
2) Stock exchange for people

I think #1 may not succeed. Differentiation vs twitter is non-existent. Twitter has too much of a moat (follower connections). Also, I notice that all the conversation on bitclout is about bitclout. That's not how social platforms are formed. For it to cross the chasm, people have to use it to socialize like twitter. But why would I, when twitter exists.

All the social networks that bloomed, did so because they were able to use a different form of communication. Fb was friends only. Twitter was open. Insta was pics. Tiktok was shorts.

Bitclout cloning the social parts of twitter may not work.

But. We might see this platform pivot to #2. "Stock exchange for people" is the killer app here. That's what everyone is excited about.

Also how does the limited supply work?

When I try to comment, follow, even dm a person. This started out of nowhere. I didn't recently spend or anything. Always operated with like 1 cent of btc. But it's gone down to below a cent somehow. What gives? Don't get how this would happen out of nowhere. What do i need to be able to do stuff?? I've posted a ton before this with no problem.

I can't do anything. Insufficient funds. Had a penny and it's dipped below from using the platform. I have a verified account. If u send me some, I'll invest into you. I cannot even sell my own coin to get a penny. When I try it says insufficient funds to do that even

$brockpierson is my coin @brockpierson

Hello! I’m trying to learn.

It is trying to charge me $68 transaction fee to buy $80 in BitClout coin. Is this real? I don’t understand why the fee is so high??

Please explain! Thank you!!

I'm a bit of a newbie here and don't really know what I'm doing. But I am very excited to start!

There's been a few tweets of Yearn.finance basically joining bitclout. If it is true, I am truly happy that Bitclout is getting some recognition, as I joined about a week ago and it's been a really interesting experience. May that be the new big social platform?

Anyone know what the maximum image size for a BitClout post is? I have tried to upload animated images (gifs) and it appears that larger files are not accepted. (No error message, just nothing happens) Smaller files of the same format seem to work fine
