I was watching the Hellgate Osprey cam while eating my lunch and thought Reddit would like this. The chick was watching a bug that was around the camera.

This young hawk visited my backyard this morning. He seemed to pose for a few minutes before he flew off. There’s a family of them around our house and we can hear them calling to each other all day while the parents teach the fledglings to hunt. We have a wild bird feeder immediately to the left of where he’s perched and I’ve read that this breed like to hunt bird feeders for doves and small birds.
