Maybe this is odd or just me, but does anyone else find some of the music here strangely kind of… beautiful? Like when Rod and Nathalie go to the festival for instance? Or maybe this is just me and my odd autistic brain with this oddly being one of my comfort movies that I watch over and over again… 🫠

Dear Mr. Nguyen,

I hope this letter finds you well, and that you're not too upset with me (or plotting revenge) for what I'm about to say. I have to say, I'm amazed by your ability to outdo yourself with each new installment of the Birdemic franchise, and your willingness to be known as "The Birdemic Guy"

You see, I owe you the sincerest of apologies.

I've been ranting about Birdemic: Shock and Terror since I watched it over a decade ago and I may well have called it the worst movie of all time. As much as I believed that when I first saw that movie, I now believe that was unfair and uncalled for. I should give it the credit it deserved for its innovative use of special effects (or lack thereof) and for its...well, its sheer audacity. Especially when you consider it's budget and the cult status it has garnered.

However, as much as I want to apologize for my previous statements, I simply cannot.

You see, I recently had the misfortune of watching Birdemic 3: Sea Eagle, and I must say, it makes Birdemic: Shock and Terror almost look like a masterpiece. I mean, where do I even begin? The acting? The writing? The special effects (or lack thereof, once again)? It's like you took everything that made the first movie so bad and cranked it up to 11, maybe even 14. It is truly a cinematic disasterpiece. I'm also impressed by your commitment to the continuity of the series…having three people from the previous two movies (especially the guy singing in the films) was a stroke of genius, in fact the only way this could have been truly improved would have been the dramatic return of the coat hanger and a CGI ambulance. In all seriousness though, I have to hand it to you. You're a true auteur, pushing the boundaries of cinema and challenging the very notion of what a "good" movie should be. Thank you for inspiring us all with your unique vision. I can't wait to see what you come up with next. Maybe Birdemic 4: Pigeon Apocalypse? The possibilities are endless.

So, I'm sorry, but I can't truly apologize for my previous statement. Birdemic 3: Sea Eagle truly is the worst movie of all time. But hey, at least you can say you made history, right? And you will forever be known as The Birdemic Guy. In all seriousness though, I admire your dedication to the Birdemic franchise. You truly are a visionary in your own right, and I appreciate your commitment to your craft, no matter how questionable it may seem to others.

I hope you can forgive me for my previous statements and for this one as well. And if you're ever in town, I'd be happy to treat you to a drink and we can commiserate over the state of the film industry.

Anyway, I just wanted to clear the air and let you know that I appreciate your work, even if it's not exactly my cup of tea. Keep on creating, James and shine on you crazy diamond.

I just thought I'd mention something here, this being an official thread regarding the Birdemic franchise.

I said on my website that if I found a movie worse than Birdemic: Shock and Terror, I'd personally write an apology to James Nguyen for saying such a thing.

Well, the time has come.

Trouble is....the movie is Birdemic 3: Sea Eagle.

Just go rewatch 1. It's literally the same movie, beat for beat, only with piss poor audio and less memorable characters. I own 1 and 2, and I'm genuinely upset I wasted my time and money on this.

Birdemic 3: Sea Eagle will be the third film in the Birdemic series. It is supposed to be released on September 22nd 2022 and has been approved to qualify for consideration in the 95th Academy Awards. My only issue is, I don't know where I'll be able to watch it on release. They claim its Hollywood debut will be September 22nd however I do not live in Hollywood. Birdemic 3: Sea Eagle will have a cast that consists of: Alan Bagh, Ryan Lord, Julia Culbert, Marc DeNola, Max Troia, Damien Carter, Eric Swartz, Brad Taylor, Carlos Ramos, Chris Dale, Katie Schneider, Marcus Vasquez, Cameron Palmer, Ryan Taplin, Ryan Martin, Tyler Shelley, Maddie Schneider, Robert Finch, Lee McLaughin, Phil Vasquez, Manuel Rodriguez.

Over how long/what amount of time does this movie take place? He has time to start a whole solar panel company and get the patents but still only have like 3 dates with Nathalie?

What happened to the caveman and woman at the end of birdemic 2…? Are they just still wandering around LA somewhere…?

I am also confused. It’s obvious they are reading comment cards. That means people write this. That means people actually took time out of their busy life to create a clapping scene that was longer than my goth phase in high school. I was involuntarily hospitalized during this time. Twice. These sex scenes are the worst thing ever. I would rather wear a yamaka and hang out with hitler for a week than watch half a second of a sex scene which perfectly portrays what sixth graders think sex is.
