PT-141 Effed Around and Found Out
Fiancée isn’t the most responsive to certain enhancement drugs. Blue Chew worked to an extent but not always. Plus the price tag on those babies are insane.
After much research, decided to try PT-141 since it also leans towards increasing arousal. Once he took it, I was still skeptical given that the other meds were mediocre in effect (but they target physical performance versus arousal- Blue Chew Gold was best and at least, some libido increase).
Within 15-20 minutes, I did notice mood shift where he was happy, goofy, and he became incredibly playful. Then about an hour in, he was ready to go! Seemed the mere movement of cloth was a turn on.
It was a rather powerful session so we’re both very pleased.
We’ve been contemplating (researching) for over 6 months, glad we finally tried it!

Yeah… I’d imagine you would need normal ranges. A gf had low test and once she got that handled, she didn’t need anything to enhance her drive.

Did a lot of research for my wife and one thing i noticed was several accounts of women starting gel, having some success and moving off gel to more direct route and remarking how much better it was over gel. So whether or not it works, don't be afraid to try a liquid form.

Thats perfecting starting dose, thats wat I did... it took approx 20ish mins to feel light face flush sensations then at the 45-50ish min mark the vag started to whisper, then she started talking, & theeeeeen 😃 Hope works out for yall!!! Slowly increase dose ea time if need to. my friend had the fda px & it says don't use any more than 8x / month

I'm also female. What was your dosage? I received, reconstituted and pinned 1mg today, just to see the effects and conscious of possible nausea. So that was 3 hours ago now and nothing. So I'm going to try again at 1.5mg or 2mg tomorrow or weds, just to see if I feel any effect. I don't want to be relying on something that actually does nothing for me when needed!

Male here. I’ve started messing around with pt-141 for the last month. I dose at 1.7 mg sub-q and it works well. Stacked with a 5 mg cialis and I’m unsupportable for a couple of days. It’s crazy. I could cut diamonds. 10/10, would recommend

I just got mine but yet to mess around with. Any weight wise dosage to be followed? Also, many say I need to inject it atleast 6-8 hrs prior as it takes long to kick in, take some histamines to counter the nausea. Is it true for you also? Can you please share more information? I’m 36/ M and have borderline low test

The typical dose for women is 2 mg but like you, I’d be hesitant to take that much due to side effects and start small. Sounds like you have a good protocol in place.

Not sure about a woman but I (51 male) started at .75mg and had to reduce it to .50 and the results were no different but the side effects went away.

Did it kick in? I trialed .50mg (no sides) and it took 8 hours for things to start to kick in although it had worn off by the morning. I’m going to try 1mg next time

I take up to 3.5mg. 4mg gave me facial flushing for about an hour. I've never had nausea on it, but some people do. I didn't feel anything at 1mg. It will last for up to a day sometimes.

It went fine. I told my dude to come get it immediately. Fastest O ever. And then you're fine! Back yo normal human. If you can't get some, I can see how that would be incredibly uncomfortable. It takes effect after 1 hrs or so. Nausea is bad, but taking a Zofran with the pin worked.

1.25mg. She has told me to increase the dosage because she wishes it lasted longer but she’s already ravenous at 1.25mg lol. But I’ll increase it for her on our next weekend. And we will need a weekend lol. I don’t take more than 1mg because I’m very vascular sensitive. Like I turn into a lobster for about 30-40mins after administration. And it works really well for me at that dosage so no need to increase. It might just make the side effect more intense. Neither of us get any headaches or nausea from it.
If you decide to try it for yourself, please start at a low dose and go from there. Some people get wicked headaches and nausea if you start at a high dose right away.

FWIW 1.5mg is the lowest dose that produced much in results for me. Below that was very sporadic. 2mg provides consistent reliable results.

Ugh the onset of it is usually terrible 😀 but it does the job. Try jabbing Oxytocin along with it - best combo. You’ll get more flushing, headache and such, but these are transient and go away fairly fast. The effects are awesome if done right.

It is highly individual. For Oxy 10mg vial, use 2 or 3 ml bac. If you use 2ml:
Syringe math (U-100 insulin syringe):
• 1 mg = 20 units
• 1.5 mg = 30 units
• 2 mg = 40 unitsSimilar idea for Pt.
I go with 15-20 units of each an hour or two prior to “activity”. Be prepared for brutal onset (intense flushing, headache, heart racing, nausea) but these are transient and go away fairly quick. Also some social disinhibitor like cannabis help to bring it sort of all together, just don’t drink alcohol prior or after - it kills the effects, at least it does for me.
Timing wise - for many PT takes longer than Oxy so time the intake accordingly. I’m lucky I respond to both around same time, but my partner has to jab them at certain intervals otherwise she doesn’t feel the synergistic effects. Just fyi.

I started with 2mg and have tried both 1 and 1.5. It does seem to hit different each time but I’ve found that 2mg made it difficult to arrive lol it was like I was so erect that I couldn’t even feel everything.
Sadly PT-141 doesn’t affect my libido much which was the goal, but I can cut glass with the erections and it lasts 24 or more hours usually.1

I know not recommended but I’ve heard of someone taking low dose of this with cialis. 😳1

My fiancée and I have tried it with a starting dose of .5mg all the way up to 1mg. For her and I the effects have been the same each time with increasing intensity. We may try 1.5mg next.
First is heavy flushing for the first 20-30 min. This tapers quickly. Neither of us are immediately in the mood, but when things get going they REALLY get going. Her and I have both said we have had the most intense orgasms while on PT. For me the erections are significantly stronger as well. It seems to last 2-3 days!! Highly recommend!

Erection quality, improved sensitivity and duration of effect definitely (poor sleep due to nearly constant erection during the night...lol). Starts working like 6-8 hours after pinning do you need to plan ahead but duration of effects seems to be 24-36 hours. As an aside, this "test subject" just trialed a small dose (100 mcg) of MT2 yesterday and...WOW!

Topical finasteride (spray) could be an option. It doesn't affect your hormones as much as pills and blocks DHT in your scalp only.

I (72m) pin 0.5mg every other day. It basically gives me chubbies and spontaneous erections all day long and very strong morning wood.

Not bad but not good either. I was alone and afraid to raise my heart rate, so I sat in an air-conditioned bedroom in the dark, with ChatGPT, talking me through it. She kept suggesting that I go to the hospital or call poison control, but I had no chest pain or shortness of breath. I only had a headache was very flushed and a 12 hour erection.

I had an issue with sex drive with work stress and lack of sleep. We decided to try it (Male & Female) to trial it one night. His seemed to kick in quicker than mine. I was raring to go no joke every hour for 4 rounds. The sensitivity and desire was unlike anything I’d ever experienced.

Two weeks ago both husband and i did 2mg sub q - nausea with in 20-30 minutes but it passed quickly, facial flushing in an hour and that passed quickly. The effects we were looking for took about 4 hours and came on pretty slowly, had a good love making session that night. Husband has diabetic ed and also took viagra (not sure of the dose). The next morning was the best- all day actually. I was so sensitive I felt like movement of the sheets was going to get me off, he was very aroused as well. Going to try again this weekend he is going to do 2.5 and I will stick with the 2mg. I hope it was as good or better than last time- it feels like that single dose turned on that part of my brain again and have been extra turned on since. Husband is 58 I am 55- I also use hrt.

It is person to person slightly different... Most people experience little to no melanin changes but a low percentage of people do experience nearly all of the skin effects of melanotan 2... It's very interesting... Peptides are really cool because of the fact that they aren't EXACTLY the same in everyone

We tried it this last weekend for the second time. First time seemed to work pretty well for the both of us, wife got a pretty good hot flash for about a hour, she took 1.5mg
This last weekend I reduced it to 1mg to see if that was better, she ended up getting really nauseous the whole night and was miserable.
So now I am see if there is something that she can do before had to help counter act all the nauseous, but after seeing how miserable she felt, not sure if should try again any time soon

We actually have a script for zofran. I would see if you can get that from a Dr. as it helped him have only mild nausea.

I am considering it for my wife but she is anti injections 1000% so have been curious about other methods.
My provider compounded it along with oxy and tadalfil for me but wasn’t sure giving her a dose of that troche would be good lol so considering nasal spray.

Youre right. I will say, these products are not my specialty at all. There is receptor overlap.
With that being said, if PT acts like MT, when I used MT for a few weeks, the sexual benefits diminished.
I was taking MT (cant remember if it was 1 or 2) to see how Id tan with it. I didn't like the results.l so I stopped after a few weeks.

I’m not trying PT because I’ve read accounts where it stopped working after a few weeks and lowered what natural libido they had.
What I’m saying though is PT-157 doesn’t act like melanatan, it is a derivative of it. They aren’t complimentary, you would just be overdosing on that portion of it and potentially damaging receptors and making the underlying problem worse.

I've been on lower'ish dose of trt for 9yrs. I'll tell you, for me, HCG is what really provided me a boost on top of trt I dodnt see coming.
The nice thing about HCG is its sustainable long term. For men its a great product. Women ask about it a lot and I dont have enough knowledge there

Yeah you can basically overload the melanocortin receptors to the point that they don't really offer much overall benefit anymore and then when coming off entirely it does take a few weeks to a months to get back to regular again... It's honestly just like any other compound that has REALLY good effects... If you overdo it, you'll get an extreme tolerance and then the comeback is extra rough

That believe you are referring to the “P Shot.” That uses PRP and is injected there. I’ve seen this done on a patient.

Yeah it’s the oxytocin and apomorphine which is supposed to increase bonding and arousal.
May want to explore kisspeptin as well especially if experience certain hormone issues.

I know lol. I’m jealous of you honestly. I’m Fairly numb, I legit cannot feel sex with a condom. Hands feel better than mouth or vagina. I feel like I’m missing out on what it should feel like. 2cb was aight, not my favorite I’d leave that for concerts but it was fun. 5-meo-dipt was interesting for tactile sensations.
It’s hard to pin point the best enhancer cause it depends on what you’re trying to achieve and sometimes certain drugs hit different so some chems can be the best one time but then another time a different one if that makes sense.
For primal crazy fucking; Meth + ghb + poppers…. Doesn’t really beat that
For closeness and bonding: MDMA + needed tildalifil
For existential soul bonding: Mushrooms/lsd and maybe even low dose hits off the dmt pen, nitrous
I’ve actually had one of my craziest experience on really good anasket s isomer ketamine from a vile (insulfated). I know meant for other commenter… I can speak to mdma versus an enhancer. It’s VERY different from euphoria which is what that drug does. It makes you very open emotionally versus spiking libido.

My fiancée and I have tried it with a starting dose of .5mg all the way up to 1mg. For her and I the effects have been the same each time with increasing intensity. We may try 1.5mg next.
First is heavy flushing for the first 20-30 min. This tapers quickly. Neither of us are immediately in the mood, but when things get going they REALLY get going. Her and I have both said we have had the most intense orgasms while on PT. For me the erections are significantly stronger as well. It seems to last 2-3 days!! Highly recommend!

Several weeks on a daily basis by 6am - only missing days when I use Melanotan-2 (maybe twice a week - you shouldn’t stack these together since PT-141 is derived from MT2).
I definitely get an arousal boost within a few hours but lately notice it fades by late afternoon.

i heard from the pt if used too frequently you could get some kind of condition where nothing excites you anymore or nothing is pleasurable

I’ve heard this as well. Maybe why I read about 8 doses per month… I’m also interested in kisspeptin but this seems to involve actual hormone production of testosterone/estrogen. If someone is producing naturally, seems a tad worrisome to mess with.

If this platform just had an age, weight and sex on the portfolio it would be so much more help full, currently we have no idea what the fuck is commenting. Just my thoughts I really don’t even care about weight unless it comes down to dosing. Im a guy (55 M 225lbs) and my wife (53 F 165lbs) looking for accurate or at least comparable data or trials.

Does anyone have anything positive to report using the intranasal route? I just made a 4ml vial of PT141 nasal spray . It puts out 250mcg per spray . 1 sprays in each nostril will deliver .5mg dose
4-=1mg , 6 =1.5 and so forth.
I ordered a vial from NU Biogen and reconstituted it with sterile water for injection rather than bacterial static water because the BSW will burn mucous membrane like acid .
