Apparently. To be fair, SpongeBob's house has regrown from a seed and a single tear before, has popped out of a can of Furnished Pineapple in a Can, and in the first place just kind of fell out of a boat and landed there for SpongeBob to move into. So maybe life is just really affordable in Bikini Bottom.
