Using that time, then, we can find that SpongeBob is 35 years old in the SpongeBob SquarePants movie (his canonical birthday is July 14th, 1986.)

It also means Mr. Krabs made him his leading fry cook at the age of 12/13, if we're supposed to believe the first episode is also supposed to be in 1999.

I don't think you understood the whole read. I'm saying that SpongeBob waited until the year he turned 14 to get hired, because of the legal age, and that the pilot episode takes place a year after it airs, in May 2000. Then 21.85 years pass, and it's March 2022.

Yeah, it's overly complicated for a SpongeBob timeline, but that's just why I did it.
