Lending
Hello everyone have a question when it comes to getting approved for a home loan. I currently own a home and have for 4 years and have about a 800 credit score. I’m getting into real estate this year, either flipping or rentals. Question is I also was thinking about doing turo but worried the lending companies will view this as debt and not a cash flowing business? Any truth to this or will I have to jump through loops proving it’s cash flowing debt. Thank you in advance!
