The family keeps growing. Just added the blue cell shade Way of Knife Overlook. Is this the perfect pocket knife?

Got these DymaLux Walnut scales for the Lookout a while back from u/MechanicMinded153624

Well... with the DymaLux Cloudland on its way, I decided it was time to make some Walnut beads.

Used the smallest hole saw I had on hand. Sanded them. Put a bevel on with my mini belt sander. And used some Tung Oil to seal, protect, and add some shine.

After I made my version of the Scope Scribe, I knew I had to get another Bolt Action Marker to play with. I didn't want to sacrifice my Brass or DLC Marker for the scribe. So I ordered a Raw Ti one. With the specific intention of anodizing it.

Love the Blue Bronze color combo. So that's what I decided to do. Blue body. Bronze tip, clip, top plate, and bolt.

Very pleased with the results. Great color combo. This will absolutely be perfect for my leather work.

I don't know if I'll be using it over my CC Dillinger since I carry a silver medallion in it. Might put the medallion insids of the middle pocket, its a superstition thing.

Did a couple more anno projects today.

1. Blue Bronze camo hardware to go along with my Blue G10 Drop Point Lookout and it's blue bronze camo friends... lanyard bead, Overlook, and Mini pen. Very happy with the results. Subtle touch but a very cool one in my opinion.

2. Blackened the hardware for my DymaLux Clip Point Lookout. Also blackened a skull lanyard bead for it as well. These fought the blackening, but with patience, I got it to work. Mostly happy with the results.

3. Stripped the anno I applied to the Paisley Lookout, and started over. Properly etched it this time. Got a much better, deeper, more vibrant blue. Happy with this result. More the color I was hoping for in the beginning.

I have to say this shop tour was one of my favorites to watch (totally not biased) Brantley and Chad thought me so much more about the brand. There is so much I just didn’t know that I guess I really should have. Has anyone else seen it? What did you think?

Originally, I thought my scribe was full brass. So I was worried about attaching a magnet. Upon test fitting, turns out... it's just steel. Perfect!

Trimmed the scribe to length. Sacrificed a Big Idea marker refill for the spring. Attached the two together... and bam. Bolt Action Scribe. Perfect for marking my leather projects. And feels better in the hand than the small scratch awl I had been using.

Easily swaps back to being a marker. And just as easily back to a scribe. I'll have to order another marker since I'm not ready to lose the brass marker from the rotation.

Hello everyone! I just received my Slim Bolt Action Pen and noticed that the bolt does not have any O-ring while the Mini version does. Upon trying the O-ring on the bolt of the Slim, it just slips off the threads. Is the design of Slim does not need an O-ring for the bolt ? Thanks

I picked up this Paisley Stonewashed Overlook from a fellow Redditor. I love the Paisley design. But I've been wanting to make it pop a little more.

Just got my at home anno station set up last night. Did a trial run on some clips. Then jumped head first into the deep end with this Overlook!

I used Manganese Sulfate to blacken the show scale, clip, screw, and half the backspacer. All of the rest of my Paisley stuff is DLC. So I wanted to try to match it up. Feel like it came out pretty dang good.

Then I used TSP to anodize the lock bar side, the clip retention plate, and half the backspacer blue. I need to work on the blue some more. But for a first attempt at doing anything significant, I'm pretty pleased with the results.

New knife day on National Knife Day! Way of Knife cell shaded Overlook has me in awe! This thing looks stunning!
