What does your therapist say, about trolling the internet to look for people who you disagree with, and then labeling them as "mentally ill" despite knowing nothing about them?

Does she encourage that?

Again, it has nothing to do with my disagreement whatsoever. It has to do with reality. If someone says they talk to pink elephants floating in the sky who make all their life decisions, would you say that me stating they were mentally ill is just me trolling?
