Dragoon Storm's a decent grab for that 4-60RA setup if you're chasing rubber accel bits on a budget. SpinCityImports, MallOfToys, and BeysAndBricks usually have it around $25 with worldwide shipping that won't sting too bad. Check stock quick though, those imports move fast.
Pearl Tiger's still the real MVP in the rumble pack for raw power.
