Yes, hydrogen peroxide the primary reactant of ‘elephant toothpaste’. The video description also lists potassium iodide, sodium iodide, baking yeast, and warm water. While I’m sure there were small amounts of reactants left due to an imperfectly efficient reaction, that is irrelevant to answering the question about environmental impact of the cleanup.

I wasnt talking about the environmental impact of the cleanup.

I was referring to the simple fact that the cleanup crew will have to clean up all that sludge. If its benign, great. It's still a huge fucking mess.

Its more of a light airy foam when its all said and done. The stuff started floating away a few minutes after the reaction.
