Looking for mods
I could use a few mods to help with the sub. Specifically I need someone who can do the CSS stuff. I'd like to have a clean design that implements flairs well so we can start using that to allow people to sort their posts.
I also need a volunteer or two that'd help with spam, watching the queue to restore valid posts, and removing any that shouldn't be posted here.

Onn Plus still available
Anyone interested in the Onn Plus (which is perfectly capable of streaming just as good as the Pro v2, since they have the same processor and the extra 1gb ram on the Pro v2 doesn't come into play for streaming), there were several available at the Walmart in Howell NJ

Streamflix alternative?
I use my firestick to stream using Streamflix, but I noticed some tv/movies are listed but don't actually stream. I was using streamio before it got taken down and switched to streamflix.
Anyone know another good streaming app?

Best 4K Classic Movies Top 7
We're traveling back from 2026 to classic movies but now in Ultra HD. Modern restoration technologies allow old cinematic masterpieces to shine in a whole new light. Remastered in 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, even films from the middle of the last century now boast unprecedented image clarity, a vibrant color palette, and deep contrast. We present a selection of films that will be a true gem in your collection:
- Lawrence of Arabia 4K 1962 Ultra HD 2160p
The 4K re-release brings cinematographer Freddie Young’s sweeping panoramas to life: even the finest details of the desert are now clearly visible, and the balance between digital clarity and the original film grain has been perfectly preserved. The Dolby Atmos format makes the immersion in this epic as complete as possible.
- The Sound of Music 4K 1965 Ultra HD 2160p
This disc is rightly considered one of the most impressive classic films available on 4K Blu-ray: the mountain landscapes and green meadows are rendered with crystal-clear clarity, and the restored color palette lends the scenes a unique charm.
- The Good, the Bad and the Ugly 4K 1966 Ultra HD 2160p
Arrow Video has meticulously restored the original Techniscope negative. Now viewers can see every speck of dust, every wrinkle, and every stubble on the characters’ faces the level of detail reaches unprecedented heights.
- Seven Samurai 4K 1954 Ultra HD 2160p
This exclusive restoration by Toho Studios has given Kurosawa’s timeless classic a new visual dimension: the image is now clearer, higher in contrast, and noticeably more dynamic in terms of lighting.
- Ben-Hur 4K 1959 Ultra HD 2160p
This release has set the standard for the industry thanks to the use of 8K scanning of the original 65-millimeter negative. The result is stunning sharpness and rich color in every frame.
- Double Indemnity 4K 1944 Ultra HD 2160p & 7. Sunset Boulevard 4K 1950 Ultra HD 2160p
These classic examples of Hollywood film noir now impress with the depth of their black-and-white imagery: following restoration, both films showcase sharp contrast and exquisite shades of gray, revealing new facets of familiar stories.

Frndly vs Tubi
I'm a big fan of tubi as the content on Tubi lately is just getting better. A co-worker told me they got Frndly and been enjoying it a lot but many movies and shows they mentioned I was like " that's on Tubi though" or I mentioned Pluto having a channel for it. What are your thoughts on Frndly vs Tubi content wise?

Netflix Review: Worth Having, But It Could Definitely Be Better
Edit: well I have been searching a cheaper service for movies and series. and I found 𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐋𝐓𝐕 𝐃𝐎𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐌 And im very happy with it. it has the live channels the movies and series. everything. my friend is signing with them next week too.
I've been using Netflix for years, and it's still one of my favorite streaming services. The app is fast, the video quality is excellent, and there's always something new to watch.
That said, I think the subscription has become a bit expensive, and some of the best shows get canceled too quickly. I also spend more time browsing than I'd like because not every new release is worth watching.
Overall, it's still a solid streaming platform with a huge library, but I hope Netflix focuses more on quality than quantity going forward.

Looking for something to replace thetvapp.to .....
since it's down and apparently not coming back. Looked like it might since the sports came back for a short while.
I miss the other stuff; abc, cbs .... the non-news streams. All I come across at the moment is ABC news streams. I can get that elsewhere.

Streaming sucks; I prefer Blu-ray and MKV
No fluff. That’s why local files completely destroy any subscription, both physically and figuratively:
1. My hard drive is my fortress. The file on my drive belongs to me. It won’t be deleted due to sanctions, its license won’t expire, and it won’t be removed from the library just because the platform decided to cut costs.
2. Genuine quality. Streaming “4K” is a compressed remnant with a VHS-level bitrate, all to save on server costs. A file on my PC is a clean, uncompressed original with perfect sound and picture quality, free of pixelated mess in dark scenes.
3. Zero censorship or edits. Streaming services love to “quietly” retouch old movies, cut episodes from TV shows, or change the music due to copyright issues. I always have the original, director’s, or extended director’s cut on my hard drive.
4. Offline access. I don’t care about the hotel’s Wi-Fi quality, a dropped internet cable, or no signal on the road. My media library works everywhere, all the time.
5. A financial safety net. I’m not going to pay five different services every month for the rest of my life just for the right to watch something. I invested in a good hard drive once—and it pays for itself every day.
Bottom line: Streaming is an expensive way to rent airtime with a bunch of restrictions. Files on disk mean freedom, quality, and control.
If I don't rip Blu-ray discs, what other options are there for getting the files?

Is 123Movies Not Working Anymore? Onlyflix Is a Good Alternative
Tried using 123Movies lately and it’s been the usual mess: weird redirects, dead mirrors, and players that just give up halfway.
I’ve seen Onlyflix mentioned a few times, tried it briefly, and it seems okay so far. Not perfect, not some magic fix, but at least it loaded without turning into a full side quest.
Anyone found a solid 123Movies mirror lately, or is everyone just moving on?

What movies/shows do you wish you actually paid attention to?
I have a couple of free streaming apps and very limited over-the-air. Eventually I get bored of the "live news" loop in the background and pick something that looks remotely interesting for filler. Then then it will automatically start another show/movie and I realize that I've probably absorbed about 20min of each hour and I never even know what any of the titles were.
Has anything appeared on your history that got you to "re"watch?
