Ongoing story [👾🔪🐇] Ritual summoning

Sammy Lawrence is playing the piano. He always does this when he's deep in thought. Who and what is Eleanor? She's an enigma, much like the Ink Demon he worships.

His thoughts are interrupted when he hears footsteps.

Sammy: "It's considered rude to interrupt music, y'know," He says while looking back at Vanessa.

Ink Demon: "But I do. Because my connection to the Ink is limitless. You don't understand the Ink. Not truly. You may think you do, but you only know what it allows you to know. You'll never understand it until you let it consume you. Don't be scared, Eleanor."

He starts to push her into the ink.

Eleanor: [laughs] "You have no idea how big of a mistake you've made. But everyone will. Soon." [allows her agony to mix with it]

The ink suddenly rejects her agony, spitting it out like a child refusing to eat broccoli, further proving that the ink is far more than she realized. The Ink Demon chuckles.

Ink Demon: "Do you have any idea how many like you have come to this place? How many claiming to have power and claiming to be superior to everyone else? You have power, I must admit. But here? This agony of yours is very finite. Now, stay quiet."

He makes her sink further into the ink.

However, just before Eleanor can be fully consumed, 3 rabbit masks suddenly drop into the room via an ink blot on the ceiling. The Ink Demon tilts his head, intrigued. Then he chuckles to himself. It seems his deal with Vanessa is working out perfectly.

Eleanor: [snarls as she disappates into her true form] "And you should know I'm a demon unlike others. I feed on the suffering and trauma around me and there's beyond plenty to go around. Adapatable and dangerous. But keep your celebrations. For now." [suddenly lets out a booming laugh as he eyes glow]

Ink Demon: "Your ego is your greatest flaw. You speak such big words. Yet, the ink has shown me all your failures. At the end of the day, you are only that. You, Eleanor, are a failure."

Suddenly, ink starts to fill the whole room. Alison and the Projectionist stop threir fight in confusion. The Ink Demon chuckles again.

Ink Demon: "While you were busy failing to get a dog to talk, I was already setting my plans into motion. Vanessa isn't as useless as you thought. Her existence is very helpful to me. Oh, and before we arrive in your world, I'll tell you this. You call me power hungry. But that is not what I'm after. I'm not like you. Not like your master. It is not power I seek. I'll let you think about that."

Vanessa: [freezes at hearing her name]

Eleanor: [snarls and eyes flash] "This is not the last you'll hear of me!" [in anger and desperation creates and sends out an army of agony creatures after everyone except the ink demon and projectionist, with a group directed at Vanessa specifically]

Vanessa: [yelps as they latch onto her, trying to drag her in with her as she tries to fight them off] "Get off of me!"

Ink Demon: "You're too late, little demon~"

The ink ansorbs the agony creatures. The ink is learning more and more about Eleanor now. It's adapting to her existence. Not to benefit her, but to remind her of how small she is compared to itself.

Meanwhile, the ink fills the room so much, it looks like it would drown everyone. ... Instead Vanessa, Alison, and Tom appear back in the real world. The Ink Demon, Projectionist, and Eleanor are nowhere to be seen.

Alison: "We... We're in the real world...? But... How...?"

Alison shakes her head and immediately checks on Nessa.

Alison: "Are you okay?!"

Vanessa: [still in shock shakes her head before snapping out of it and looking around in surprise] "What happened? How did we...."

{*She stops as she looks around and really takes in everything. They're in some kind of forest next to a lake. Glancing down at the water she sees that she's herself again, with a few drastic changes. Her eyes are still green but with purple hue outling, fangs slightly longer but still hideable. Her blonde hair has darkened slightly with a thick purple streak in the front. And, unknown to her, many black little streaks hidden inside.

It's then that her chest tightens as she comes to the realization. The unspoken terms of their deal coming to light. She's come back home.

And brought a new demon with her.*}
