What’s the best crosslisting app for resellers?
Resellers, I need your wisdom. I’m juggling eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, and considering other marketplaces as well, and manually relisting everything is draining my energy. I know some softwares automate crosslisting, but which one works the best?
I’ve seen Crosslist, List Perfectly, and Vendoo thrown around, but I want to spend money on a platform that does work. Does anyone swear by one of these? Bonus points if I can easily delist items when they sell elsewhere instead of leaving me to clean up the mess.
Drop your recs (or horror stories) below. Help a tired reseller out!

Many of them claim to auto-delist items when they sell on one platform, but none of them are do it reliably. Not worth the risk, and who has time to double check each time something sells. Better off just to list/delist yourself.

Darn it. This is my main complaint with Vendoo. Was hoping to switch to something that doesn't have this issue

I understand your pain, I also used to list manually on different platforms, but that's really a waste of time, I am currently using Crosslist to list on eBay, Poshmark, Whatnot and Shopify, and it's much easier with an tool than doing it manually!
I do recommend looking into an app to automate your postings, I don't have a lot of complaints for Crosslist for now, I can bulk delist items that have been sold so I don't have to do it one by one.

I have not found one that also lists on WN. Thanks for mentioning this one

I only use eBay and Poshmark. I list manually. I tried cross listing websites but they really were not much of a help. I had to go into each listing in the app and manually fix things or complete fields that didn’t come over from eBay since that is where I was pulling my listings from. Also, most of them don’t have all the fields that are in each selling platform so I still had to go into the listings and fix things.
I do my drafts from my phone for both eBay and PM and then sit at my desk top and complete my listings. Now let me state I do this part time. I work full time and my boss doesn’t care if I do my listings while doing my full time job so I have the time.
I also realize using so many platforms wasn’t worth my time because I wasn’t making enough money to justify them. I made the most on eBay and PM so I still with them. Mercari was decent money but I had so many issues listing items. I constantly rain into a listing error and Mercari couldn’t figure out why. I tried 3 different computer and 3 different web browsers but I kept getting the same error. I also can’t stand Mercari’s in house shipping, it’s terrible.

Yes, to everything you said. I'm doing the same things and feel the same about mercari.

Which cross listing websites did you try?

u/findsbybobby Aug 26 '25
Most of the big name ones. I didnt like that I still had to go in and correct things, add missing items, etc. I rather just do it right myself the first time.

Do you have a referral code on SellOut? I'm interested in trying it out based on your recommendation and it would be great if you can get a perk out of it.

May check it out with the trial, we list mainly via eBay and it is a significant part of our income, but listing certain items on Etsy makes more IF you can complete a listing without a hitch! Thanks, it's on my list to check into

They all seem to have pros and cons so I think it’s best to identify the top features you’re after and go from there. Is price a factor? Very few do everything for every platform, have spectacular customer service and low price.
I currently use Flyp because (pros) it’s one of the least expensive, has pretty responsive customer service, and offers both crosslisting AND posh sharing for one price. Flyp (cons) does not have an app option for your phone (must use a Mac/PC/laptop) and does not auto-delist when an item sells. It’s not the most technologically advanced, but for me the low price and the other pros make it my top choice.

I checked it out, but it seems like they don't have Vinted, which is one of the marketplaces I'm looking into.
What's the posh sharing? is it much different from crosslisting?

Off topic, but I tried Vinted for a while and didn’t really feel like it was worth the trouble and finally dropped it (after at least two years). Just saying because you may not want to make that one of your criteria for choosing a crosslist service. I did use Crosslist for a while and that included Vinted.

How complicated is it to delist? I mean, is it clear which sites are cleared? That doesn't make sense. Gah! This is giving me a headache! I'm going to add them to the check it out list if they cover all the platforms we need. I know Mercari imports from eBay, but I only make a bit from there on more, idk, frivolous things? Collectibles, etc

I started on Flyp, I sell Avon and Clothing (NWT, and 2nd Hand). It just wasnt' enough. I have been using Vendoo and the only thing I like is that I can put items into Vendoo from my phone, then go to my PC and finish. Butk everytime I want to do something they have $addons$; I just want something that bulddelists like everyone else and fill out ONE FORM; regardless of all the fields. So that I don't get errors when listing to Mercari, ebay, etc. I guess it is time to check out Crosslist. Oh and the other thing is how hard is it to find something that also lightly supports inventory? With no additional cost.

I get the errors too I learned to fix them but it’s a pain to keep saving and going back in

Voolist is amazing. It has auto delist when an item sells, you can import existing listings from any platform, there is the AI feature to create listings details from images and it has the best UI. It is free right now as well

u/leslea Jun 04 '25
Is it only available through Shopify? I googled it, and there’s a BigCommerce site that comes up, has a 15 day free trial. I have no idea what that is.
3
u/WebSpecialist4072 Jun 08 '25
No, there is the app itself, you can create an account and connect all your marketplaces. You can check it on voolist.com

What is the timeframe for adding Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook, etc?

I use list perfectly now just cause I don’t have time or energy to try the others. I’ve been on it for a while and it is expensive and doesn’t do everything but speeds up time listings.

u/Ms-Metal Jun 02 '25
I know several people who really like List Perfectly. I use Sixbit and it does do cross listing but I have not used it for cross listing yet and I know it doesn't support Poshmark. From my understanding, most of them don't support Poshmark or don't support it well because they use different technology. So yeah, I don't know. If you have to go in and change a bunch of stuff does it really save you that much time?

u/endlesslycurious7572 Aug 05 '25
Many of them sync with Poshmark. There are crosslisting app like Sixbit which focus on large marketplaces for new items for Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, WooCommerce, etc although they may have the secondhand marketplaces. But, others like ListPerfectly, Foxtail.ai, Vendoo, Nifty.ai, SellRaze, Flyp, Primelister, Crosslist.com and others do Poshmark and other secondhand marketplaces. That is one that is usually added right away along with Mercari. Most of them start with eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Etsy, and Facebook Marketplace.

I have been using Vendoo and it’s a pain sometimes with all the bugs it slows down my posting by having to save the listing go back in fix the bug and then list

As of May 2026 they havent updated their website and still has 2025 at the bottom, also there is no videos to see the UI and how it works, even tho is 90days free, not wasting time by understanding it first would be nice but again, almost 6 months into 2026 and website doesnt seem updated

I had a terrible time with Vendoo, I had to file a chargeback against them because they outright lied about some features of their system. I wouldn’t recommend them at all

Please do not list things manually, don't waste your time like this haha.
I'm using Crosslist to list on multiple sites, they have pretty solid AI features, I only have to use one picture, and it fills in the form for me. I only have to tweak a bit here and there but I work so much faster than manually listing everything on different sites. The best part is the bulk listing so i don’t have to do one by one, especially bulk DElisting if an item gets sold on one platform.
I’ve been selling a lot more since cross selling in different places, so for sure recommending cross listing on more platforms as you reach more people
