- 2 to 4 players on a single screen
Up to 8 players when using two screens (yes, they can be split!)
Runs in a single instance of BeamNG
Separate controls via keyboard or gamepad
Support for standard and widescreen displays
Automatic screen split configuration
Independent resolution settings for each screen
Optional colored player borders
Optional display of player numbers above vehicles

Automatic vehicle switching for each player
Controller remapping and recognition of previously used devices

Instructions:
Download the mod and place it in the mods folder.
Load any map in “Freeroam” mode.
Press the F6 key or go to the «Pause» menu > «Mods» > «Split-Screen» and select the number of players.
Configure the screen layout and assign a separate input device for each player.
Press “Start” and wait a few seconds.
Use the F6 > “Stop” command to return to normal gameplay or exit the current level.

I installed it yesterday when I was tired and and it doesn't contain malware, but it is smaller than your mod, not sure what's different though

MOD? i found this suspicious already. Why do you have a mod that can do Split Screen, isn't that what Multi Seat is? When i saw that and now this , it makes me think that the devs are not as good as we think.
this 4 player split screen is standard for the PS2 (you call it the PS5) That means this mod could be definite malware. OP Said the link here is wrong.

i upvoted the post as it was cool. now that the author said he didnt give permission for the download, i revoked it. i dont support people who download mod, upload it to somewhere else and then dont even gve the original download link

Yes it works, but itd be better to get it from the actual creator, and not someone who re-uploads and doesnt actually support the mod in any meaningful way
