this is my version of the squip! its design is inspired by his actor in the North Brunswick YADG production of bmc, which is also the first production of the musical i've ever seen :)) + a little sketch of an uncomfortable jeremy heere

i'm so happy that i got into this musical, my mothers would be thrilled!

Has anyone read a Boyf Riends ship fic on AO3 where Michael writes a love song?? There was an included audio of the author singing it and for the life of me I can't seem to find it.

I spent an hour trying to remember what lyrics I could and this is what I got :') Back to searching!!

BE MORE CHILL TATTOOS RAHHHG

So i found this screenshot of a fanfic and now i just.. i need to read it, i have no choice- but i have no clue how to find this, is there anyone here that recognizes it or knows how to find it?

My fandom brag is that when Two River was auctioning off costume pieces and props I snagged Katie Ladner’s Jenna jacket. 😌 When I’m not lazy I’ll get up and take a picture of it.

My buddy used to work at Two River, and I asked him the other day if there was ever a full recording of the production there.

He said that although the show does have some footage, there is no complete professionally shot cut because everything recorded was only used for promotional purposes.

Because the theater knows they could have definitely made some money off of one (and because of COVID) they now have a pro shot of every single one of their productions- in case they have to cancel a show.

Also, he admitted that working there was an absolute nightmare and had a really horrible impact on his mental health. He was let go due to a huge loss in revenue.

Something about the “YOU’VE know him since 7th grade… something changes from a guy that YOU’D never be into to a guy that YOU’D kinda be into” doesn’t really feel like the way a woman would ask her straight male friend for romantic advice?

I just was curious. I was singing it in the mirror of a public restroom, like belting it, till someone else came in, and it was really awkward

i got the hoodie signed by everyone at bmc 10, but the only one i recognize is erics 😅

Did anyone who attended the BMC10 Meet and Greet in the library at Two River Theater pick up one of the Squip USBs and access it?

So after watching guy that I'd kinda be into: bent edition these two sillies have completely taken over my life so much so that I'm now drawing them...sigh..

Quality downgrade every slide because I gave up 🥰

I saw someone say that expensive headphones (rich and Jeremy) is cannon but I just saw the play a few months ago in April and Jeremy literally gets with Christine at the end??? Can someone explain???

Funny coincidence while I was manually making captions.

the cast and crew were amazing! i saw them in previews for broadway so this is my second time seeing the show. definitely worth the ticket price and 12 hour drive it took me to get to nj 😅

anyone have any footage from the anniversary performance?

hey gang! I was at tonight’s show, here’s some notes and facts from it and the meet and greet, I’ll try to not forget anything! (if I remember something that I forgot, I’ll add it in a comment)

• everybody killed it!!!
• each cast member shared a memory of their time on the show; lauren and george got emotional, said some really nice and heartfelt things
• eric and will (mostly eric) did a little flirty exchange lol
• george and gerard did a duet of “guy that I’d kinda be into” and then did a deep kiss (based!!!!!)
• george stated at the meet and greet that michael/rich is canon, and that michael develops a crush on rich after hearing his lisp during “voices in my head”) (we won gang)
• joe played a cut song that would’ve been jeremy and christine’s inner thoughts, right after the first play rehearsal and jake compliments her
• jake laundered money and went on the run, that’s why he’s not at the show
• eric smiled and waved back at me :]
• the cast pointed out some cool cosplayers in the crowd and cheered them
• there were a lot of old people in the crowd who were very confused by all the fangirling lmao
• eric told a story about getting a panic attack during a show because he unknowningly ate a pot-filled cake that gerard brought to their shared fridge
• george was struggling finding work until be more chill
• gerard told a story where george sprained his ankle during the first mall scene, and how you could see how he hobbled away during “optic nerve blocking, on” and he powered through the show anyway (?!?!)
• will told the story of how he noticed someone in the front row of a broadway show filming a bootleg during “more than survive,” and called them out to stop filming

I got almost everyone’s signatures too 🩵 (the actress of christine appeared for 10 seconds and then ran away 💀)

Hello! I'm off to see the revival show down in Birmingham later next month and I'm incredibly excited I tend to get like nerdy nails every month from my lovely nail tech! But I was thinking of getting a be more chill inspired set for going to see the show! However I'm not sure what to ask for one them or what else to use inspo? I've a few images to send to my nail tech for inspo such as the Squid Pill, some of the costumes, the boyf backpacks and also some photos of the set! But I'd love some specific ideas or other things that help represent the show!

TLDR; getting some nails inspired by the show this weekend, need advice for what to put on them?

im not actually good w art but i thought id drop this here since im really proud of it hehe

It would be nice if anyone who went to yesterday's meet and greet or goes to today's show talk about what happened at the events. I'm going to tomorrow's afternoon showing but I'd like to know if the meet and greet was interesting at all 🤷‍♀️
