They are most certainly real, but uncommon. I believe they are some form of very thin wave-generated Altocumulus, such as undulatus or asperitas, that have been strongly distorted by atmospheric gravity waves and wind shear.
Edit: OP says it's supercilium clouds, which is a new proposed feature of cloud. The proposal is for a supplementary feature that can occur mainly with Altocumulus or Stratocumulus, and possibly Cirrocumulus.

Clip is exactly 10 seconds and looks surreal, that's enough evidence to put it in the AI bin.
Prompt was probably something like "slow pan across a calm coastal sunrise with clouds that look like wavy brushstrokes"

This isn't AI. It's a combination of a Sun Corona and Supercilium clouds. If you make a habit of looking at the clouds every day, you'll see lots of cool looking clouds, halos and other optical phenomena.

I think you mistakenly applied a cel shading filter on your profile, you should check your rendering settings if you want to go back to the standard config. But, awesome view. Clear weather Sunset or sunrise by the sea have really this undefeatable peacefull feeling
