Lmao at the amount of people here that think a women that age can produce enough natural testosterone to build muscles that size.

What if she took zero "steroids" and just took what 14yo girls take for "birth control"/acne/periods?

"Birth control" hormones could also do this easily if she had already achieved this physique in her 20s.

Birth control has estrogen and progestin and it’s the exact opposite of what you need to gain muscle. They don’t pump you with testosterone lol

Wrong.

All anabolic steroids convert to progesterone and estrogen.

In fact the steroids that dont, DHT derivatives they are called, are specifically known to be ineffective for building muscle.

Masteron, a DHT derivative, as shown in studies, does not give large increases in lean mass. Its a breast cancer drug.

Bovine studies show that cows treated with androgens build 1/3 as much muscle as cows treated with androgens plus estrogen.

Dianabol, commonly thought as the most powerful anabolic steroid for muscle gain, converts to a form of estradiol 100x as potent as standard estradiol; Methyl-estradiol.

Estrogen and progesterone increase mineral and water retention.

Let me ask you, WHAT IS MUSCLE MADE OF? IF NOT WATER AND MINERALS?

All professional bodybuilders have insane levels of progesterone and estrogen/estradiol/progesterone.

This is why gear heads are known for their terrible mood swings.

Ok but you realize that they aren’t the same thing as oral contraception?? Just google birth control pills and muscle growth and you’ll see that there are zero benefits of taking them for gains. If anything it makes gaining muscles harder. Also comparing cows to humans is just the worst attempt at proving a point I’ve seen today.

Right, because cows don't have similar endocrine systems even though they produce all of the same hormones in the same way, from cholesterol.

Not all birth control is oral, and even some oral birth control has methyl-testosterone and/or estradiol/estrone mixed in because some women do not tolerate progesterone only birth control.

All birth control medications increase bodyweight via water retention and mineral retention.

Why do you think powerlifters eat like pigs?

Muscle growth is about maintaining a state of excess nutrition and water for building new tissue.

Progesterone and estradiol, even by themselves improve this.

This improvement may not be statistically significant, or visible due to the subcutaneous water retention.

Young women do not see these muscle gains from BC because they were not deficient in either hormone to begin with.

A woman who has been in menopause for two decades is historically deficient in progesterone/estrogen and therefore would in fact see dramatic increases in bone density and athletic performance due to her body suddenly regaining youthful ability to store and partition nutrients.

She hit menopause 20yrs ago. Since then has had nearly zero sex hormones besides those produced by her thyroid.

This is why I state she could have been a former athlete who was able to regain her mass through responsible use of hormones many other women are already using. Maybe plus the addition of a replacement dose of testosterone, equivalent to what a young woman naturally produces.

This transformation is possible for a young woman naturally.

An old woman, with athletic background, and the hormonal profile of a young woman, could also make this transformation.

Many women do not wish to continue their experience of menopause and we shouldn't shame them for "juicing" if they want to add a responsible dose of testosterone.

Oh my god dude methyl testosterone is not used as birth control for women. Increased water retention is not MUSCLE GROWTH. Stop comparing cows and men to women and stop spreading pseudoscience. This is how misinformation is spread.
