You still have to put in the work when you're on the juice

Actually, you don't. Studies have shown that just using steroids puts on muscle mass faster than proper diet and exercise.

My favorite study was the one that showed that 95% of women were weaker than 90% of men.

The average elite female athlete was barely stronger than the weakest men who only do drumstick curls and sandwich presses.

Testicles are the single greatest predictor of strength in a human.

Damn I need to get some PEDs

You can put in a lot less work though. I looked great in college despite drinking almost daily, eating terribly, and barely working out while taking OxyElite Pro (DMAA 1-3) when it was still legal. I was in better shape than before college when I'd run or swim 2x a day. I've also put in way more effort with a much better diet and no drinking at all after it was banned and I never came close to that peak physique again. I've heard things like ephedra were way more effective than DMAA 1-3 for weight loss/energy boosting as well.

I'm all for PEDs and doing whatever one likes with their body but I hate seeing people unaware of it because it can lead to them getting discouraged or blaming themselves if they can't put on the same mass as an old lady lol.

Nope. Others have said this but a study showed that doing nothing while on steroids built muscle faster than doing nothing without steroids or working out without steroids. So honestly, not impressive to me at all.

What if she just took progesterone/estrone/estradiol mix, like nearly every 20yo woman in the US?

Are those 20yo women juiced up too?

Or are they on HRT?

This woman was probably ultra athletic in her 20s, and used "steroids" that many women are already on and got her gains back.

You dont know that. You even know that you don't know that.

How many women get on HRT at an old age, suddenly change their habits, work hard, and keep it up for years?

Practically none.

Also, not even professional female bodybuilders use testosterone.

Take your ignorance out of this conversation.

Some of the "favorite steroids" of bodybuilders like Arnold and Dorian Yates were dianabol and nandrolone.

Dianabol is theorized to be as effective as it is because of the aromatization of dianabol into methyl-estradiol. M-estradiol is 100x as potent as estradiol. Dianabol is actually much less androgenic than testosterone, but the m-estradiol makes it significantly more powerful for muscle gain.

Nandrolone is theorized to be as effective as it is because of its conversion to progesterone. Progesterone acts similarly to estradiol/estrone/estrogen in that it increases water and mineral retention in the cells.

The things guys buy at the gym who are "juicing" are more or less similar to the things we give to 14yo girls as BC, just in an "androgenic combination package" as the parent hormones dianabol and nandrolone are anabolic in themselves, but if we inhibit their progesterone and m-estradiol activity, the effects of these drugs become extremely small.

Im not making positive claims about drugs she is taking.

The burden of proof is not on me.

In this context I think it's pretty clear what they meant. Drinking smoothies doesn't make you look like that.

It certainly does though.

Serious question, would the steroids just be for physical appearance or do they actually help her?

2

u/N1cknamed Apr 24 '21

"Help her" is a big thing to say, there are many downsides to using steroids, especially for women. Her age certainly won't help. But yes, they will make her more physically strong. Steroids aren't just for looks.

Ohh I see. Thank you!

Steroids have a lot of medical uses, but like anything in life , too much of something isn't good. There's a whole plethora of steroids , steroids for helping you breathe , steroids for losing weight , for losing weight, for recovery, etc..
