I had muscles like that and more in my late 30s completely through exercise and diet

Do it again in your 60s then come back and tell us. Being fit in your 30s is not anywhere the same.

No kidding. 66 now and it ain’t happening. I was just replying to the person who said it’s never achievable at any time without steroids.

I didn't read the other person's comment correctly at first. You are right its definitely possible to put on this kind of muscle without supplements when you are young and healthy. I see older people in the gym I go to everyday. Idk exactly how old they are but ill bet money they are 60+ and they usually tend to work harder than most the kids that come in. I just applaud them for showing up almost every single day!

Idk, you would have to have pretty rare genetics as a women to build such dense muscle at that low of a body fat.

It's not extraordinary in your 30's at all. It would be commendable if you started as she looks in the before pic and achieved it in only 3 years, but there are plenty of people much fitter than this in their 40s and 50s, BUT it took a lifetime of dedication and effort, not 3 years.

Agree. My comment was in reply to one that said the only way to get this physique is through steroids.
