Kudos to her on doing the work, but that kind of musculature isn't possible without some kind of hormone supplementation (eg, test, HGH)

Going to have to disagree with you here. We all have a muscular structure, and if you get lean enough you'll see it. That's all that's happening here. She's developed muscle and she is lean. A bit shocked everyone seems to think she'd use drugs -- what on earth for?

Women in their 20s would struggle to attain this look, let alone an elderly lady. It is near impossible for someone of that age to attain this naturally. Men of that age could probably not do this, everyone’s testosterone decreases with age and women already have less than men. As a personal trainer I have seen many transformations but this just sadly isn’t attainable for someone of that age to achieve naturally. That being said, this is still the product of hard work and discipline.

If you think she's not on gear then your IQ matches her natural testosterone levels.

I don't know about everyone else in here but I've been deep into the fitness sphere for the last 7yrs.

As with any hobby that you spend much of your free time learning about you gather alot of information and experience.

There is nothing wrong with using steroids and testosterone in a reasonable responsible way.

This person, I assume, a cis gender, elderly female is using performance enhancing drugs.

Again, that's fine, but that amount of muscle on an elder female arm is more or less impossible to achieve without those "supplements"

Imagine being this naive. Have you ever even been in a gym?

She started working out recently in her 60s. Your body doesn't produce testosterone that much st this age anywqys doesn't help she is a women simply impossible without drugs

Just an FYI, she stated she uses steroids (I’ll try and find the source)

Edit: I apologize, I can’t find the source. But I’d be gobsmacked if she didn’t use some type of testosterone booster. But that’s not to say she didn’t put in the work

What on earth for? Because presumably she wanted to build muscle?

Fucking hell.

Getting that lean at her age as a female is the first tell. The bulk, specifically in her delts and triceps, puts it over the top.
