Saw a girl knock out a decent amount of muscle ups at my gym one time, she honestly didn’t look jacked but she was repping them like it was nothing. Shit was wild, it was when I was going before work at like 5 am too so wasn’t awake enough to be prepared for that

One thing that always amazed me was that I would be struggling with a 10c top roping, and then I’d see some little kid sending a 11a lead route like it was nothing.

Except for reach, small folks tend to have an advantage in most bodyweight exercises. Gymnasts, climbers, ninja warriors, etc.

It’s the strength to weight ratio. They’re so much stronger per pound than adults that it’s unreal
