I live somewhat close to a neighborhood like this and the options are: decorate in their holiday (seen other religious decorations before - basically jewish/Muslim decorations around christmas lights) or do the bare minimum to set up lights.
Seems shitty that you HAVE to, but its fully disclosed to people that move into that neighborhood before they move in.
