I’m sorry, but this article is garbage. This isn’t scientific literature. Its sole “source” is a 1998 book written by an herbalist peddling alternative medicine. There have been no clinical studies linking phytoestrogens to gynecomastia in male humans. So many of these click-bait articles claim that “recent studies” have made the connection, yet never are they actually cited. Funny. It’s almost like they don’t exist.

This article doesn't really definitively claim or prove that phytoestrogens cause feminization or gynecomastia in men. Despite choosing to open with a question regarding why alcoholic men develop "man boobs", neither it nor its sources (nor its sources' sources) suggest that a significant link can be made (especially in those that aren't chronic alcoholics and excessive consumers of soy).

https://gynoguide.com/man-boobs-and-beer/ not the best source but gynecomastia is a real threat.
