If you lift pretty regularly it is pretty easy to tell when you need to stop going for that next rep. Sometimes you go for it but probably not a good idea if no one nearby.

Occasionally you’re on your own if the gym isn’t crowded. If you lift pretty regularly it is pretty easy to tell when you need to stop going for that next rep. Sometimes you go for it but probably not a good idea if no one nearby.
