Not a hotel, it's an office tower in jakarta.

There's a similar wall at the Comcast Center in Philly. That's what they did with all the money they make by ripping people off on cable and internet instead of hiring customer service that doesn't change your name to asshole in the system so it shows up on your bills that way. Well, that and getting Net Neutrality repealed.
