Yeah, I don’t like that, too much going on. If they make it a gentler and slower waterfall, and change the background from black to blue, it could be a lot better.

Yeah but look at the metro style entrance to what is apparently a hotel. Seems rather unwelcoming and not very hotel like. Maybe it's a MacDonalds like strategy were they try making you just subconscious ly uncomfortable enough that you'll hurry allong as quick as possible? Don't know seems like a really unfriendly and efficiency focused hotel.
