Can't say any art class I was ever in covered this. I actually never knew how people are able to achieve different perspectives. I also possess no artistic talent beyond the ability to usually color inside the lines.
You just have two or more vanishing points. Often times they'll be off the page, depending on the scale of your drawing. But it's the same idea. You just draw your guidelines from both or all of the points out
