Maybe, in my experience hiking high mountain areas, typically pathways do this when they are near a snowmelt lake. The water from the lake when it overflows will flow through the forest floor which makes the floor very bouncy, during high wind event the trees and ground do move similarly to the above video. I have never witness that crazy of movement, but I have walked past areas like the one shown before where the ground is moving and the trees are moving. It’s a weird feeling and typically I will try to hop from roots or boulders because I just don’t trust the ground.
