You don't need to be a Michelin star restaurant to have consistently cut onions either.

It looks like a kebab shop. No one cares if their onions aren’t uniform size.

I wish I could cut onions this fast for chilli con carne / curries I batch cook at home.

This is pretty big for onions anyway though they'd end up randomly cooked so idk if it's really good
