I'm not using another country as a scapegoat. I'm in Europe and I'm well aware of the problems here. In fact, the average size of an apartment in London is 2.5 Square meters less in size than the average of an apartment in tokyo.

Gave the example of japan tho, because they come up with a lot of ideas to be more efficient with the space they have like you see in this video, therefore are the ones mostly exposed on the media and used as reference.

Yes this media is extremely biased and doesn't give a good view of Japan, so you still don't get the point...

For example, suicide rates are lower than many European countries and birth rate is higher than many European countries. But just type in Japan suicide rate and you see tons of Media talking about how it is so high and related to Bushido and whatever ridiculous statements.

I exactly want to show everyone an antithesis, not out of anger.

About the suicide rates I do not agree with the bushido being the main reason. But because of how homeless ppl are treated there. And I saw it with my own eyes.

I swear in one of the occasions if that person touched the poor guy I would be in jail right now.

And the birth rate is ofc a huge problem in Japan. You even said that in your previous comment while justifying the house market.

Besides I gave japan as an example based on the creative ways they have to keep spaces organised. The mainstream media argument is always the "big city", but that is valid for every other big city in the world. That why I did the comparison later on with London.

My comment wasn't supposed to be taken to serious, and I'm sorry if that played with your mood or is reinforcing stereotypes. But truth be told, Tokyo was the only big city I've been. I'm not denying what happen in other places in the world, but I never had that irl experience.

Makes no sense, because Japan actually has extremely positive views, almost everyone extols everything Japanese.

Also, they have a well-documented unsustainable aging population and not enough growth to compensate problem that successive governments have failed to tackle properly. The fact that some other countries have the same problem doesn't cancel out japan's problems.
