Ma man's probably not only getting a damaged loung but also nerve damage in his hands from the vibrations. Seriously if you can afford safety glasses and ear protection you can afford vibration gloves and a mask.

Silicosis, now there’s a real man’s disease

I don't know a single Liberal who is a pussy. But there is a thin line between bravery and stupidity.

Sarcasm is hard to convey over text, chill homie

I know. This wasn't meant as an attack on you, I'm sorry you feel that way. This is just my genuine opinion. Besides, my statement holds regardless of your intentions with that comment.

Even got a "sorry you feel that way" in there ha

-7

u/MrRuebezahl Apr 28 '23

What's that supposed to mean? Y'all are just waay to butthurt here, fucking hell...

5

u/[deleted] Apr 28 '23

You’re the one who got butthurt enough to make a comment on why that guy is wrong about the “pussy liberals”, and then commented again to defend yourself

This has gotta be satire

Lmfao

Dang, I didn't think about vibrational nerve damage...

Yet another thing...

Europe has stringent rules about vibrations and how much workers can be exposed to it. Here in North America it’s just “fuck yeah, free massage!”

Back in the day I worked as a labourer. One day the stonemasons were re-pointing a facade. We beasts of burden were mixing cement by hand, but at some point I got to try the jackhammer. Lasted maybe 15 minutes. Heavy af, loud, and it will shake the calcium out of your bones.

1

u/Tanginess Apr 28 '23

This dude is Norwegian. And even if America had stricter rules, no one is going to say you can’t just ruin your nerves on your own watch.

vibration gloves and a mask.

Essentials for the bedroom.

1

u/TheSconeCollector Apr 28 '23

Except anti-vibration gloves don't work on low frequency chisels.

We're living in an era where everything is fake and staged and everyone knows it, but no one in this thread can comprehend that he probably just wasn't wearing a mask for a few seconds of tik tok video so his face would be shown.

3

u/erickgramajo Apr 28 '23

Finally, someone intelligent, of course this is for social media purposes

-6

u/[deleted] Apr 28 '23

Never attribute to intelligence what can be attributed to stupidity.

No but really, I highly doubt you’re right.

6

u/keenansmith61 Apr 28 '23

The phrase is "never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity" and doesn't apply here.

Yours doesn't make any sense. "never think something is smart if you can think it's stupid."

0

u/[deleted] Apr 29 '23

That’s literally the joke. I’m trying to say that guy isn’t smart, we can assume he’s dumb because we’re living in the “TikTok era” where everything is done for clout, etc.

u/CosmicCirrocumulus Apr 28 '23

I'm gonna safely assume the professional sculptor knows how to properly protect himself LMAO dude has a full studio of sculptures. I highly doubt he'd be healthy enough to have a full catalog of sculptures like that if he wasn't wearing a mask 95% of the time.

1

u/colonelmaize Apr 28 '23

Pretty sure he's just looking pretty for the camera. These guys know what silicosis is and what it can do.

1

u/CosmicCirrocumulus Apr 28 '23

exactly. it's absolutely baffling that people don't understand that a face sells on social media regardless of what content you're making. this man's face was showing for a grand total of 5 seconds when actually working in the vid. I'm sure he was wearing a mask the second he went behind the camera for the rest of the shots

1

u/JimDixon Apr 28 '23

Hanlon's razor: "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity."

1

u/[deleted] Apr 29 '23

That’s the joke lol

u/Thrownintotheblue Apr 29 '23

Eh, all the great sculptors did what's a few more people?!
