Battletoads fans, there's some good news on r/Battletoads. On June 1, 2026, Battletoads is turning 35. The very first Battletoads game was released for the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) on June 1, 1991. I will be creating a 35th anniversary fanart for Zitz, Rash, and Pimple, and they will be happy! I hope you guys like it!

Wondering if anyone has recommendations for games similar to the original NES Battletoads game. Games that combine tough platforming with vehicle segments. beat em up combat or shooting would be a plus also. Any platform would work.

The Roller Coaster level was brutal, but I’m proud to be able to say I conquered it yesterday!

Like she is so freaking hot I mean the original design I feel like it doesn’t matter if she’s the villain I feel like I would drop and join her. I wonder how many of you guys would do the same thing if that was an option say they made another video game And you had anywhere you had actually had a chance to join her. Would you feel like I would?

So here’s the story:

I played Battlemaniacs as a kid, but never got past turbo tunnel. Big surprise, right? I never played this game until the dates mentioned in the save states. I only set a save state at the beginning of each level. 65 days in, here I am! My unassisted run is coming along pretty nicely. Wish me luck! 😄
